This site is operated by Tony Champion. Your privacy is important. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

Data Collected

This site does not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it, by signing up for an email course or a waiting list, or by contacting me directly. What happens to that information is covered below.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool .

Cookies

This site uses the following:

• ah-theme — stores your light/dark mode preference. Essential to site function and cannot be disabled. It contains no personal information.
• ah-cookie-consent — stores which categories you have agreed to, so you are not asked again. Essential, and set regardless of your choices — including when you refuse everything.
• Google Analytics cookies — used to understand site usage. Set only if you grant the Analytics category.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Azure may collect server logs including IP addresses for security and performance purposes. See Microsoft's privacy statement .

Email Signups

When you sign up for an email course or join a waiting list, the form collects your first name and email address. Alongside those, it records which form you used and, if you arrived from a link in an email I sent, an identifier that links the signup to your existing contact record. None of that is sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

Contact records and email delivery are handled by Go High Level, a customer relationship platform based in the United States. Signing up means your name and email address are stored on their systems and processed on my behalf. Their privacy policy is at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy .

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further mail. You can also ask me to delete your record entirely, which removes it rather than simply suppressing it. Records are kept while they are useful and are removed on request.
